Why Are We The Elite?
We Are Licensed and Insured
All of our locations are licensed and insured for your protection. We take the invitation to your home very seriously and so should you when you choose someone to come and perform a service at your home.
We Properly Sanitize
What does that mean? It means that we properly clean our equipment and shoes between each job that we do. Contagious viruses such as parvovirus can be spread from house to house if tools are not properly cleaned. This is also a good reason to think twice about hiring the kid down the street to clean your yard.
Notifications and Automation
We keep you informed every step of the way. You will get text message reminders on the day of service and another one about 10-20 minutes before we arrive. We also have a client hub with hassle free, automated online billing so you don't have to think about it.
High Visibility
We wear bright orange for a reason. We want you to know exactly who is at your property and what they are there for. No one likes to wonder who that person is walking around their yard.
WHO ARE WE &
WHAT DO WE DO?
We are Matt and Amanda Fast. We started our Poo Squad location in Lee’s Summit, Missouri in 2021. Our family was looking for a different path, something we could be part of together and grow into the future. We saw this industry as a great opportunity as it showed growth all around the country. We felt their was no better time than now to bring a Poo Squad location to Lee’s Summit Missouri.
We have loved the opportunity to serve our community and offer our service. Our kids have even joined in and helped at local promotional events and love wearing their Poo Squad gear. Our family slogan in our business is let our squad bring your squad together. Our family, like many of our customers, always went round and round on who’s going to scoop the poop in the backyard this time. It always created an argument so we thought, why not help make people’s lives easier. Take the argument out of the equation.
What we do can be funny to some but we take our jobs seriously in taking care of our customers. Our customers invite us to their yard and when we are in our customers yards we always respect that privilege. Our customers are why we are able to bring this service to our community and we don’t ever forget that.
